The College’s financial accounting system, “PeopleSoft Financials,” incorporates BB Reports, which enable authorized users to view all financial transactions specific to a given cost center or budget, including the ability to “drill down” further to view specific information. As of Tuesday, September 19, BB Reports replaced Mythics Web Reports. Mythics Web Reports remained available until October 6,2017.
To gain access to BB Reports, complete the BB Reports Security Form and have it signed by your Dean or Vice President.
Individual or group training on utilizing and interpreting the BB Reports is provided to the campus community. To request a training session, send an email to budfin@tcnj.edu . Campus training will be scheduled shortly.
